Last minute Wedding Photographer
Are you planning a last minute wedding (why not!)? Have your plans changed due to Covid-19 or otherwise? Maybe you just couldn’t find the perfect photographer or your previous wedding photographer cancelled last minute…. If you need a photographer at short notice to capture your big day then I may be able to help out. The best wedding photographers generally book up between 6 and 18 months in advance so finding someone with the right skills and experience at short notice can be a challenge. But you should not compromise!
Because I undertake assignments for a diversity of clients beyond weddings (including the BBC and UK Parliament) I keep a percentage of dates clear. This often means that I can make myself available for a wedding at short notice.
Even when time is of the essence it is still as important as ever to get your wedding photography right. After all, when the confetti has been swept up and the champagne bottles are empty, reliving your special day will really mean the world. Having amazing wedding photos to treasure becomes so important to couples and families when the day itself has gone by. Last minute wedding photography shouldn’t mean rushed or bodged wedding photographs, your wedding day deserves to be immortalised in beautiful pictures by an experienced professional.
Your wedding photographer is along for the ride with you the whole day so it’s really important to book someone that you can get along well, and feel at ease with. To this end, as far as is practical, I will meet with all last minute couples before their big day, where possible squeezing in a pre-wedding practice photo-shoot. If time is really critical, or your booking is for somewhere further afield, at the very least we will have a good chat over Skype.
If your wedding day is fast approaching and you haven’t arranged a photographer yet, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I would love to hear what you are planning and talk to you about how we can make some awesome and dramatic photos that you will hold dear for many many years.
